Alliance Total Care is a non-medical home healthcare agency that provides Personal Care and Supportive Home Care services for seniors, adults, and persons with disabilities with activities of daily living tasks at home because they cannot do it themselves.
Stop by our office between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Mon- Fri and our staff will be glad to assist you. We’ll need the following information:
- Physician contact information
- Proof of insurance
- Details about your health conditions and medical history
Once we review your application and determine eligibility, we will contact you with the next steps. Our goal is to process applications quickly so that you or your loved one can maintain independence and continue living comfortably at home.

Yes, absolutely! As a client, you have the right to choose the agency that manages your personal care needs. If you are currently with another agency and wish to transfer to Alliance Total Care, stop by our office and speak with one of our staff members. We will help you make the appropriate arrangements to ensure there is no disruption in services for you or your Caregiver during the transfer process.
We provide services to individuals of all ages, including children, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria outlined under our services and the Department of Health Services (DHS) Rules and Regulations.
You can select a family member who is 16 years of age or older to be your Personal Care Worker (PCW), or we can provide a trained PCW to assist you with your Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
- Please note that a PCW cannot be a minor, spouse, or legal guardian.
- All PCWs are required to go through a formal hiring process with our agency before they can provide care to the client.
If you have State Medicaid or HMO insurance, your personal care services are typically covered. If you have private insurance, please consult with your insurance provider before applying for services. For clients without insurance coverage, we also offer private pay options.
